Through the rabbit hole...

In elation of the upcoming premier of Tim Burtons “Alice and Wonderland”, all seem to be in frenzy including the fashion world. Printemps, one of the most opulent department stores in Paris has asked a group of designers to create an inspired piece for their window display. The invited include: Christopher Kane, Alexander McQueen, Manish Arora, Maison Martin Margiela, Ann Demeulemeester, Bernhard Willhelm and Haider Ackermann, whom have been asked to create a one-off dress for Alice. Oh did I forget to mention, that London’s very own Nicholas Kirkwood, will be designing a special pair of shoes for the store. "I am very happy to be involved in this project as I love Alice In Wonderland," Kirkwood told VOGUE.COM the other day. "My interpretation for Alice is all about fantasy and fun through escapism." All will be unveiled in good time on the store display in Paris, during the release of the film and the their 2010 spring fashion week. Till' then heres the actual "shoes" created by Kirkwood & some other eye candy:
